How to order
To order prints from us at Prodigital please follow the guidelines for preparing your files. Then print out our order form, which should be completed and sent with the prepared CD containing your images to:

Please note:
When sending in your first order, please ensure that you include your full contact details: name, address, telephone number and email address. An email address is required so that we can let you know when there are new colour profiles to download.
So that we can continue to offer competitive prices, we try to keep our administration costs to a minimum. For this reason could you please either send a cheque with your order or attach your credit/debit card details. Please do not forget to add postage and packing costs to your order.
By the act of placing an order with Prodigital Ltd the customer confirms that they hold the copyright of the images contained therein.
All prints sent out first class post or DHL are at the photographers risk and Prodigital accepts no responsibility for loss or damage. Alternatively work can be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery covered by compensation of up to £250.00 for loss or damage.
Your order will receive the greatest care and attention whilst in out laboratory but in the unlikely event of loss or damage however caused, Prodigital Ltd, will not accept any liability. Customers are advised to keep a back up copy of all data until the completed order has been returned.
VAN DELIVERY
At Prodigital we have a free delivery service for all orders over £50 within a 15 mile radius of Basildon in Essex.
A charge of £5.00 will be added for orders under £50.
Areas covered are Essex & Kent.
