We offer two methods of file transfer system at Prodigital:- 

Image Sync (PC Only)

Image Sync is Prodigital’s unique intelligent transfer system using Microsoft ‘BITS’ technology. It uploads your images in the background without using any important processing speed, all you do is drop your work into the Image Sync folder, located on the desktop, so you work without interruption, or worrying about corruption of your files. If your computer crashes or is turned off, Image Sync will know where to resume from when the computer is back on line.

FTP File Transfer Protocol (PC & MAC)

FTP is the way to upload your file to us quickly and easily from the comfort of your office, studio or home, files are uploaded directly to our server. You will need to download software which is easily available from the internet. Once you have registered with us we are convinced you will wonder what you ever did without FTP.
